Boost!Plug™ Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Boost!Plug™ platform, owned and operated by Boost Strategy Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Boost!Plug™ provides a digital platform to help individuals and businesses discover economic opportunities, including jobs, contracts, training programs, events, and local service providers.

By accessing or using Boost!Plug™ through our mobile application, website, or other digital interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Boost!Plug™.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Boost!Plug™. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

The app is available internationally, but most listings and features are currently focused on the United States and Canada. International users are welcome but may experience limited content availability during our global expansion.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not impersonate any person or entity.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Boost!Plug™ to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload or distribute false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.
• Post spam, advertisements, or malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.).
• Use automated systems to extract or scrape data from the Platform.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security or performance.
• Submit fraudulent reports through the Human Rights Alert tool.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Platform Functionality & AI Disclaimer

Boost!Plug™ includes AI-powered features, including the Opportunity Engine™, which recommends jobs, contracts, and events based on your profile and preferences.

We strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, but:

• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of any match.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties (e.g., employers, agencies).
• We do not endorse or verify the legitimacy of third-party listings or content unless explicitly marked as “Verified.”

Users are responsible for independently evaluating opportunities and exercising judgment when applying, contracting, or attending events.

5. User Content & Rights

If you upload or submit any content (e.g., job posts, resumes, reports, business profiles), you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and process your content to operate and improve the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Business Owner Tools

If you are a business owner using the Light Dashboard to post jobs or opportunities:

• You are responsible for complying with employment and contracting laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must only post legitimate opportunities and may not discriminate, misrepresent, or exploit applicants.
• We reserve the right to remove any business listing that violates these Terms or harms our user community.

7. Alerts, Notifications & Communications

By using Boost!Plug™, you agree to receive communications (e.g., email, push notifications) related to:

• Opportunity matches
• Platform updates
• Support messages

You can opt out of marketing communications, but essential notifications may still be sent to maintain account functionality.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive or unlawful behavior
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use poses risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@boostplug.ai.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Boost!Plug™ is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free access
• Suitability of listings for your needs
• That the Platform or content is free of viruses or harmful components

Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Strategy Group, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, profits, or opportunities
• Errors in AI-matching or third-party listings
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid (if any) for use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you via the app or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
